Shipping Policy

At Art By Numbers Shop, we want you to know what to expect after placing your order. Our paint-by-number kits are prepared and shipped by our fulfillment partners, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the product ordered.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

U.S. Shipping & Delivery

For orders shipped within the United States, please allow approximately:

1–3 business days for order processing
8–18 business days for shipping after processing

Most orders should therefore arrive within approximately 9–21 business days from the date of purchase, although delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping may occasionally take longer due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Multiple-Item Orders

Some products may be fulfilled by different fulfillment partners. If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

Don't worry if everything doesn't arrive at the same time. You will not be charged additional shipping simply because an order is delivered in multiple packages.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow a short period of time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Ordering for a Gift or Special Occasion?

Because shipping times can vary, we strongly recommend ordering well in advance for birthdays, holidays, vacations, or other special occasions.

We cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at artbynumbersshop@gmail.com.

We will do our best to help if the order has not yet been processed. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.

Lost, Delayed or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at artbynumbersshop@gmail.com with your order number.

We will review the available tracking information and work with our fulfillment partner to determine the next step.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and with the shipping carrier. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we'll help review the situation.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your kit arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly at artbynumbersshop@gmail.com.

Include:

Your order number
A brief description of the problem
Clear photos of the item and packaging

We'll review the issue and help determine the appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

International Shipping

International shipping availability is determined at checkout based on the destination and products in your order.

International delivery times may vary significantly by country, carrier, customs processing, and local postal service. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
